3. Conditions and rights of use
If you register to use VMG eKYC for a company, you must be duly authorized to represent that company. Your agreement to the Terms means that you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company and all of its employees. If you register for the Platform and Services personally, you alone are bound by our Terms.
4. License
a) When you agree to comply with these Terms and the payment requirements for the Services, VMG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-sublicensable license. transferable to use the Platform to display the interface and implement the Services on your Products, solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms. 9. Terms of use
