1. Return policy
    VMG does not apply a refund policy in cases where customers have paid and are authorized to use the service. In case we do not continue to provide the services that the customer has paid for, all fees will be refunded.
2. Product warranty/upgrade policy

    VMG provides free warranty in cases of VMG eKYC errors

    While customers use VMG eKYC solution

    Article 3: Denial of warranty
    VMG has the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:
      -  The errors that arise are not due to the VMG eKYC solution
      -  Errors of other programs, system software, operating system software, network software

    Article 4: Warranty scope
    Free repair of errors arising from VMG, technical support, and error correction
    In addition, as soon as there are new features, product upgrades, technology updates, or new state policies, VMG will notify customers to update without affecting their operations. use.
3. Obligations of the seller and the buyer
     Seller's obligations:
Advise and guide all specific information related to products/services so that Buyers can understand and use it.
Provide products/services to the Buyer on time and in the agreed quantity after the Buyer has paid the Seller in full.
Resolve questions and difficulties during using products/services.
Provide documents and papers related to the Buyer's payment to the Seller such as invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for the total amount that the Buyer has placed in the requested month.

     Buyer's obligations:
Strictly comply with regulations and procedures related to services prescribed by the Seller.
Pay the Seller in full the amount according to the order along with the prescribed invoices and documents (If any).
Support and provide full information to the Seller related to transactions when requested by the Seller.
